SHIPPING METHODS
For West Malaysia shipment, we will use GD Express (GDEX) courier service to ship it.
Normally will receive the parcel within 2-3 working days once we shipped out.
For East Malaysia shipment, we will use BEST Express courier service to ship it.
Delivery time will be about 1week once we shipped out the parcel.
- Courier service pickup and drop off is not available on weekend and public holiday
- We will check the ordered item quantity and quality before do the parcel packaging, make sure all the item is in good condition.
- Combine shipping based on weight and size.
** Please check the parcel in front of the courier service delivery person. Make sure that the parcel is in good condition before you sign. If the packaging seal or packing bag is open, please return to the courier guy and do not accept the parcel. **
